- finely diced red onion

- avocados, ripe but firm, peeled, pitted and quartered

- finely diced SUNSET® Campari™ Tomatoes

- finely chopped fresh cilantro
- 30 mL

- hot sauce
- 2 mL
Directions
Step 1
Preheat barbecue to high. In a bowl, mix together onion, salt, lime juice and roasted garlic paste. Set aside.
Step 2
Grill avocado 1 to 2 min. per side. Remove from barbecue, roughly chop and add to red onion mixture. Mix in tomatoes, cilantro and hot sauce. Serve with tortilla chips.
