- shredded aged Cheddar cheese, divided
- 375 mL
- 1/3 cup
- cream cheese, room temperature
- 75 mL
- 3 tbsp
- sour cream
- 45 mL
- 2 tsp
- Worcestershire Sauce
- 10 mL
- 1/4 tsp
- each salt and pepper

- finely diced Granny Smith apple, skin on

- fresh lemon juice

Directions
Step 1
Combine 1 cup (250 mL) of the Cheddar with cream cheese, sour cream and Worcestershire in a food processor. Add salt and pepper, process until smooth and transfer to a bowl.
Step 2
Toss diced apple in lemon juice. Using a spatula, mix into cheese spread along with parsley and remaining cheddar. Taste and adjust seasoning, if necessary. Garnish with celery leaves, if desired. Serve immediately with celery sticks, or cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until needed.
