Ingredients

- fresh parsley, finely chopped

Directions
Step 1
Preheat grill to medium-low. Prepare the herb mixture in a small bowl by combining the parsley, basil and garlic. Add lime juice and hot pepper sauce; stir well and set aside.
Step 2
Cut the brie horizontally into two discs. Place the lower half of the cheese, rind down, onto a lightly oiled, double layer of foil. Spread herb mixture onto cheese and sprinkle with red peppers. Cover with top cheese disc.
Step 3
Close the foil tightly around cheese, and grill for 15 to 20 min., or until the cheese is soft. Remove from foil and serve immediately.
