Directions
Step 1
Add avocado, mint, lime juice, olive oil, garlic to a small food processor; pulse until finely chopped. Stir in feta.
Tip
To serve a family of four, mix 4 cups (1 L) cooked linguine with the avocado sauce, add ½ cup (125 mL) pasta water, and stir to combine. Garnish with mint and feta.
